Butter Rum Cake Recipe. Using a stand mixer set at medium speed (I use the paddle attachment), mix together the cake mix, pudding powder mix, eggs, cream, melted butter and rum. Then beat in the eggs, one at a time.
In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, pudding mix, rum, water, vegetable oil and eggs.
In another medium size mixing bowl combine the melted butter, buttermilk, rum, oil, vanilla extract and egg yolks.
To prepare the cake: In a large bowl, beat together the butter, brown sugar, molasses, baking powder, salt, flavors, and spices. Using a stand mixer set at medium speed (I use the paddle attachment), mix together the cake mix, pudding powder mix, eggs, cream, melted butter and rum. Invert bunt pan drizzle Rum Syrup repeat until it is really soaked.
