Carrot Cake With Applesauce. Slowly add and blend the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Beat the eggs; add the vegetable oil, granulated sugar, and vanilla.
In a small bowl, combine the frosting ingredients; beat until smooth. Mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Divide the batter between the two cake pans.
In a separate small bowl, combine the applesauce, oil and eggs.
Pour batter into a prepared cake pan.
Beat the eggs; add the vegetable oil, granulated sugar, and vanilla. Mix dry & wet ingredients, Add applesauce + any extras, like fresh cranberries. Slowly add and blend the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
