Pop the popcorn and remove the unpopped kernels. Drizzle half over of the bowl of popcorn. Melt chocolate and butter in large saucepan on low heat, stirring frequently.
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the sugar, corn syrup, salt, and butter.
Add marshmallows; cook until completely melted, stirring frequently.
Pour over popcorn; toss to coat. As best you can, remove any of the kernels that didn't get popped. [Very important for tooth saftey!]. Great for holiday parties or goodie bags.
