Chocolate Covered Peanut Clusters
Chocolate Covered Peanut Clusters. Once the chocolate has melted stir in the peanuts and mix until they are all coated. Stir in peanuts into melted chocolate to coat.
Layer the peanuts, baking chocolate, and coconut oil into the crockpot. These chocolate covered nuts are ridiculously easy to make. Add the nuts to the melted chocolate and give it a good stir so all the nuts are coated.
Stir chocolate mixture and add vanilla, stirring once again.
Instructions Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Once peanut/peanut butter clusters are hardened, prepare chocolate. Place chocolate chips and shortening in small microwave-safe bowl. Use a spoon to make clusters on a piece of wax paper.
