Chocolate Pudding Peanut Butter Pie
Chocolate Pudding Peanut Butter Pie. Mix remaining peanut butter and COOL WHIP; dollop on dessert when ready to serve. Cool Whip (or make whipped cream from scratch) whole milk (for the pudding) Mix a few hearty spoonfuls of peanut butter with powdered sugar by hand until you have a bunch of crumbly bits (it should no longer be sticky).
In a large mixing bowl, add cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and milk. Sprinkle ¾ of the peanut butter mixture on the bottom of the baked pie shell. Now mix in the melted chocolate.
Stir together flour and baking powder; add into butter mixture.
Make sure to scrape down the sides of the bowl to ensure they are evenly combined.
Heat in the microwave until soft; mix well. Save the rest to garnish the top of the pie. In the dirty whipped cream bowl add the paddle attachment and add the cream cheese and peanut butter and mix to combine.
