Chocolate Cake With Peanut Butter Filling. Make a well in the center and pour in chocolate mixture. Slowly add the powdered sugar (about a cup at a time) and mix until incorporated.
To thicken, add more confectioners' sugar and to thin, add more cream. Add a few spoonfuls of cocoa powder into the pan and tap it around until the pan is fully coated in cocoa. Remove from heat and set aside.
In a large bowl mix together cake mix, melted ice cream, eggs and mini-chocolate chips.
Line them with parchment paper and then grease the pans again, then flour them. (See note) Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl.
In a medium metal or glass bowl, add cocoa and whisk in boiling water. Add confectioners' sugar and continue to beat until smooth. Directions Prepare and bake cake mix according to package directions.
