Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cake. Fold in zucchini and chocolate chips. Grease the bundt pan with shortening and flour (see my tips for this, below).
While the cake is cooling, prepare the frosting. Remove cake from bundt pan by placing a plate upside down over the bundt pan. While holding the plate firmly on top of the bundt pan, flip both over so the cake comes out onto the plate.

Using a microwave safe bowl, melt the butter in the microwave in intervals then set aside to cool.
Add the eggs, one at a time, blending well after each addition. Add in the vanilla and salt and whip up again. On low speed stir in boiling water until combined, stir in half of the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
