Chocolate Peanut Butter Muffins
Chocolate Peanut Butter Muffins. Place batter in paper lined or greased muffin tin. In a large bowl, place eggs, sour cream, milk, oil, sugar and salt and mix to a uniform mixture.
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Combine peanut butter sugar, oil, and peanut butter and stir well to combine. Add the buttermilk, oil, and vanilla extract, and whisk until combined.
Stir in granulated sugar, egg, and vanilla.
Take ½ tablespoon of peanut butter per muffin and dollop it in the center of the muffin batter on each muffin.
Fold in the peanut butter chips. In a large bowl, sift together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt. Add one tsp of peanut butter on top of each mold and create swirls with a tooth pick in the batter.
