Crisp Chocolate Chip Cookies. In a small bowl, whisk together the flour and baking soda; set aside. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
Stir in the flour mixture, chocolate bits and nuts and mix well. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto greased baking sheets. Combine the flour, baking soda and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture.
Beat in the flour, baking soda and salt.
Notes Once the cookies are completely cool, they will become crunchy.
Mix in the melted butter, until smooth. Add the oil, egg and vanilla. They may also be puffed in the centers but will deflate as they cool.
