Dairy Free Carrot Cake
Dairy Free Carrot Cake. Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon in a small bowl, set aside. Start by mixing your wet ingredients (eggs, oil, white sugar, and vanilla).
Beat egg whites till stiff and fold into mixture. Add in brown sugar, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, applesauce and vanilla. Blend all ingredients and mix very well.
Divide the milkshake mixture between two glasses, and tp with dairy-free whipped cream.
Sift together dry ingredients and add to egg mixture.
Gluten free cake may take a smidge longer to bake than a regular cake, but it is not significant. Fold in the grated carrot gently using a spatula. You can see just how easy my gluten-free carrot cake is to make in the recipe video.
