Butter and flour a bundt cake pan. In a large bowl using a hand mixer, beat together peanut butter, butter, and sugars until light and fluffy. Pour HALF of this batter into the prepared Bundt cake pan.
Mix on medium speed until fully combined.
Using the paddle attachment on the stand mixer, beat the butter and peanut butter together on medium to high speed until smooth.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the butter, eggs, sour cream, and buttermilk. Add half of the chocolate cake batter to the bundt pan and then spread the peanut butter filling evenly over the batter. In a large bowl, beat together the cake mix, sour cream and eggs until smooth.
