Chocolate Peanut Butter Ganache. Remove from heat and pour over chocolate. Be sure not to overheat and burn.
Pour cream into a medium saucepan under medium heat and bring to a boil. Immediately, stir in butter, a few chunks at a time until the ganache is smooth. Make sure the bottom of the pot is not touching the water.
Start by blending softened butter, shortening, sugar, eggs and extracts using a hand mixer or a stand mixer.
Heat until mixture just barely comes to a boil.
