Chocolate Frosting With Cocoa. Pour Cocoa/Sugar mixture into the bowl with creamed butter, and continue mixing on low speed. Combine confectioners' sugar, cocoa powder, butter, milk, and vanilla in a large bowl.
Scrape the sides and add the remaining powdered sugar. Add in the melted chocolate, vanilla and salt. In a saucepan, combine the sugar, sugar substitute, cocoa and cornstarch.
Add small amount additional milk, if needed.
Stir mixture until all the butter has just melted.
Remove from the heat; stir in butter and vanilla until smooth. Add water and stir until smooth. Place butter in a bowl and beat until creamy.
