Crock Pot Chocolate Cake. In a large bowl, combine first six ingredients until combined well. Spray crock of a large slow cooker with cooking spray.
Add milk, eggs, melted butter, sour cream, vanilla, and salt and mix until smooth. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together flour, Dutch Process cocoa powder, sea salt flakes and baking powder, set aside. Spoon over cake batter; sprinkle with chocolate chips.
Whisk together sugar, flour, butter, eggs, cocoa, instant coffee, salt, and vanilla in a large bowl until smooth.
Pour into the parchment paper in the slow cooker.
Spray slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray so the cake won't stick. Spray slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray. Whisk until smooth and set aside.
