Chocolate Covered Coconut Balls. You can use a fork or these chocolate dipping tools. Dip coconut balls in melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip, and place on wax paper.
Place coated candy back onto the cookie sheet that is lined with the wax paper. In a bowl mix together the nuts, condensed milk, almond extract and coconut. Combine the ingredients: First, mix in the cacao powder and vanilla into the coconut oil.
Wait for the chocolate to set and then move to an airtight container.
Repeat with the flaked coconut, if desired.
Mix the coconut and the coconut evaporated milk together in a bowl. Stir in the coconut from step one. Dip the coconut balls in chocolate and place back on the parchment covered cookie sheet.
